      <image:caption>My love of movement started when I took my first Ballet class aged 3 - Fast forward to 2003, I trained professionally and graduated with a BA Hons in Dance and Theatre Performance. During my late 20’s - I was working professionally as a dancer but had started to struggle with my body, regularly feeling achey, uncomfortable and often in pain. I was forever visiting the Osteopath and it was at this time I discovered I was hyper-mobile, thereafter my approach to movement had to change. I had recently started teaching Zumba &amp; Aerobic classes in London but this aggravated my condition, so had to rethink my options in fitness - I decided to specialise in Pilates and gained my Level 3 Personal Training qualification in 2013, latterly adding my Pre and Post Natal Fitness/ Pilates certification.</image:caption>
