My Story..

My love of movement started when I took my first Ballet class aged 3 - Fast forward to 2003, I trained professionally and graduated with a BA Hons in Dance and Theatre Performance. During my late 20’s - I was working professionally as a dancer but had started to struggle with my body, regularly feeling achey, uncomfortable and often in pain. I was forever visiting the Osteopath and it was at this time I discovered I was hyper-mobile, thereafter my approach to movement had to change. I had recently started teaching Zumba & Aerobic classes in London but this aggravated my condition, so had to rethink my options in fitness - I decided to specialise in Pilates and gained my Level 3 Personal Training qualification in 2013, latterly adding my Pre and Post Natal Fitness/ Pilates certification.

My Pilates and dance training has helped me develop a keen eye for alignment and common postural imbalances - I design all of my sessions/ classes with a functional results driven approach, which gives a balanced effective workout. Having managed Group Fitness for the last decade most recently at Equinox Ltd UK along with educator roles for the last 5 years - I have greatly expanded my experience and fitness knowledge. My passion for educating clients through my coaching, allows them to realise their full physical potential - My aim is to connect with each person I work with be it privately or in class, to leave you with a better understanding of your body and how you can maximise your fitness experience, to reach your goals, improve confidence and ultimately, your quality of life.
